Our latest project was putting down a porcelin floor in the kitchen and hallway. The trim was not down yet in the pictures but it is now (mostly).

Well, since Jim wants to know what is going on in our lives….Last weekend Annika played 3 games (due to rainout reschedules) so it seemed that was our entire weekend (lives). Joe is head coach and has many dads helping out. The girls are playing great and having fun. They have only lost one game and I think we have played about 7. I don’t keep track of those details. Joe probably has the batting averages memorized but yet on any given day probably can’t tell you exactly where his wallet/phone are 
I have some good pictures I took with the new digital camera we bought but they are so huge, it did not work.

Apparently, they close highway 70 eastbound at Columbia on the weekends? Caroline just can’t seem to ever find a way to get home! Yesterday Eli starts complaining (he gets that from his father), “I MISS Caroline. I never get to see my favorite sister. She makes me chocolate chip pancakes….(long pause)…She is probably 21 by now.” Later that day, I picked up Annika from aftercare and she was just finishing a string of beads she made for Caroline and she commented also that she missed Caroline. I guess one of these days I may miss her also Good thing she is coming home next Thursday night.
